Even though you can't see this bathroom and closet very well because of the way the photos were taken, can you imagine that it used to be a dinning room? That's right, what used to be a master bedroom without a bathroom, but with a dinning room beside it, now has a simple, but distinguished and useable master bath/closet. Yes walls were moved and plumbing and electricity need to be added, but overall this major upgrade had a relatively minor budget.
